The RHD Ridge Center is multi-service homeless facility for single adult men.
The facility is funded by the City of Philadelphia and is a program of
Resources For Human Development.
The RHD Ridge Center provides the following services:
- Primary intake services for the City's homeless service system.
- Non-residential support and services for homeless men living on the
street.
- Short-Term & Long-Term residential shelter & support services
- Case Management Services
- Progressive Demand Residence (PDR) for homeless men with serious and
persistent mental illness
- Outreach, emergency behavioral health intervnetions and service linkage
supports for homeless men with have serious and persistent mental illness.
- Health screening and medical services
- Psychiatric medical services
- Education, Life skills, and Employment supports
- Meal services for both residential and walk-in consumers
